Continuous Improvement Engineer

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- +2 years of experience in a similar position
- Background of lean manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Ability to read, analyze and develop complex reports and presentations
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels inside organization.
- Analytical, pro-active, teamwork
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
**KEY ACTIVITIES**:

- Coordinates and oversees activities related to execution of operational projects
- Facilitates, monitors and adheres to standardized operational presentations and reporting
- Develops, maintains and distributes essential reports Metrics, Key Performance Indicators, etc to management
- Understand the operational core activities and develop standard procedures when needed
- Tracks savings projects in all processes
- Among other activities

**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lean manufacturing or Industrial Engineering: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English advanced (preferred)
