This is a six sigma continuous improvement position.
The Kaizen Engineer shall utilize the below listed quality and continuous tools and skill see to identify waste in all processes from new product development design through customer receipt.
The purpose is to identify waste and implement a project to reduce cost.

Streamline processes to reduce lead time, rework and insure 1st pass yield.
Participate on all new product development project teams and cost reduction teams to support project manager and implement effective tools.
Capability of leading, working independently and on cross-functional teams across the organization to achieve the deliverables.
Capable to identify process waste and provide solutions.
Applies standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjusts and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies in results.
Develop process improvements that are measurable and have positive impact to the company's overall quality strategy & KPI's
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Self-motivated and with a persistent and determined attitude when challenge.
- Certified green/black belt preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and logically, orally and writing
- Production and/or Engineering experience in related technical field is preferred
- Basic Computer skills with Knowledge of Microsoft Word excel.
Microsoft project with ability to present data in meaningful graphical presentations is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Kaizen, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing, **can demonstrate a proven track record of projects and results**:
- Bilingual.
