**The role**:
**You will need**:

- Previous administrative and support activities preferably in mid or big-size companies
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Ability to assist in the development, improvement, and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail
- Fluency in English is a MUST
