The operator must be fully aware of the city's security risk and conditions on a day-to-day basis and report said conditions to local and foreign Caterpillar personnel. This position coordinates the assignment of vehicles for different company employees and business needs; in addition, this position is in charge of carpool preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance for all vehicles property of Caterpillar Mexico, and different transportation services for Caterpillar executives through the Plant Protection Department.**Responsibilities**:The incumbent is responsible of interacting with contractors and third-party service companies and agencies for vehicles maintenance, verifies the efficiency of services contracted and also keeps relations with suppliers getting quotations over cars' prices, services and spare parts.1.Be up to date with the city's security conditions and report risk and general conditions to local and foreign Caterpillar personnel, through morning reports and daily news reports.2.Collaborate and administrate facility protection personnel (security guards) in their tasks such as control of the facility entrances and security patrols throughout the premises.3.Coordinate transportation services for facility visitors travelling from outside Mexico as well as transportation services for the facility manager.4.Organize daily vehicles loan to company employees using and controlling authorized forms including in and out logs, registering users, departures, etc.5.Elaborate and keep all records for services, car loans, mileage, maintenance, and compliance requests for the company's vehicles.6.Do all paperwork before government offices to ensure proper use of vehicles. The government offices included are, but not limited to: Finance Office, The State's General Treasure Department, Department of Motor Vehicles, Local Police Department, Federal Preventive Police Department, Insurance Companies, tow trucks, impound yards and other government offices related to the company.7.Keep updated individual records for every vehicle of the company in order to analyze new car fleet units' requirement considering mileage, time of usage and repairs.8.Keep updated daily records for vehicles requesters in order to elaborate correct amount of units for car fleet.9.Supervise car fleet assistant for weekly review of vehicles general conditions (car fleet, and managers' vehicles).10
