**The Role**
Operations Permits and Licenses
- Analysis for granting of different government federal and local permits, certifications and/or licenses to operate (i.e. Civil Protection, Private Security, Safety at Workplace, etc.).
**Responsibilities**:
- Validations and support to the logistics of the operation
- Offer solutions to the issues that may affect the ETA or ETD of the shipment,
- Report incidences to LAICA and coordinate the correct report of a protocol
- Inform about delays due to traffic, accidents, mechanical/medical issues that may affect the ETA and offer solutions always thinking in security and considering the logistics goals
- Be updated on the routes, and zones considered Hotzones areas, to take decisions
- Administrate departures from origins considering Hotzones and the risk time frame
- Support shift supervisor with WOs from Nike
- Take decisions based on the criteria within the process
**Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements**:
- Experience in security (desirable a year)
- Experience in logistics (desirable a year)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams and stakeholders
- High tolerance to frustration
- Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and alerts
- Familiarity with incident response procedures
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
