A Controllership Manager will assist with Technical Accounting Guidance to the Business, Standardization of Policies in the LATAM Region and review over Shared Services Processes to improve the control effectiveness in the organization.

- Help coordinate Statutory Audits
- Provide Guidance on Technical Accounting Matters (US GAAP Standards - Leases, Revenue Recognition, Estimates, Remeasurement)
- Support the Shared Services Function with Process Agreement
- Drive Balance Sheet Reviews and account reconciliations
- Align processes in acquisitions to adhere to Corporate Governance
- Evaluate Segregation of Responsibilities issues and Align approval matrices
- Delegates and Manages staff under your management

- Previous Experience in Big 4 Public Accounting Firms, Manufacturing Sector experience (Standard Costing), and Multinational companies.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Spanish - English fluent.
