Objective: Implement Data Analytics plans and provide support for general analytics and statistical modeling on existing data sets in various areas of the business.Responsibilities:Support the organization and availability of market information through reports and analyses, generating insights and aiding decision-making.Responsible for monthly demand analysis, reports, and participation in strategic meetings.Contribute to the development of strategic plans alongside the business unit.Develop plans using customer segmentation based on profile, categorization, potential, market share, etc.Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for business growth through comprehensive market analysis.Design and propose models that optimize equipment performance and enhance operational efficiency.Manage the operation of the Veeva CRM in Mexico, maximizing and enhancing CRM adoption and strategic usage.Play a leadership role in planning and executing Segmentation and Targeting, sizing the sales force, and aligning territories.Monitor and analyze brand and team performance across various quantitative and qualitative KPIs, providing conclusive reports and recommendations tailored to the needs of internal clients.Lead a talented team.Minimum Requirements:Relevant experience of at least 4 years in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)/Business Intelligence (BI) or business/sales analysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.Analytical, critical profile with strong communication skills.Knowledge of Veeva, IQVIA-ATV and Close-up market audits and CRM Platforms (will be used in day-to-day activities).Previous experience in the pharmaceutical market.Advanced level in Power BI and Excel (desirable).Advanced level in English.Employer's Rights: This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
