We are committed to Continuous Improvement, not just in our factories or processes, but in our people.**Primary Function**:**Responsibilities**:- Maintain, direct, and participate in the analysis of product costing and related variances for manufacturing and engineering projects.- Review bill of material for accuracy and reconcile dollar differences in inventory arising from corrections in BOM content, cycle counting, physical inventories and errors.- Analyze variations in production orders from Juarez and El Paso on a daily basis.- Close production orders on a daily basis.- Perform BOM's monthly audits.- Maintain a professional working relationship with other departments to correct and improve procedures to reflect accurate manufactured products cost and inventory.- Assist with the annual fiscal budget preparation, submission, and upload.- Assist in the coordination and implementation for physical inventories.- Prepares journal entries, reports, and applicable GL reconciliations for month-end closing.- Perform other activities as needed or as requested.**Role Specific Responsibilities**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.- Minimum of 3 years related work experience.- General accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility.- Spanish/English - ability to communicate verbally and in writing.- SAP expertise.- Experience performing audits.**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance**Years of Experience**:- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience or training
