**Job Purpose**:
Ensure the correct valuation of the Standard Cost and Inventories, as well as identify and monitor on a daily basis any variation that exists in costs and expenses against the budget and/or forecast to provide accurate and timely information for decision-making in the plant.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Validate and register the policies of the Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory reserve.
Provide inventory by cost element as an input to the CMV (Cost Manufacturing Variance) calculation.
Provide information from the TABI (Inventory Tie-Down) and MIT (Material in Transit) for input for account reconciliation in GLCM.
Send monthly inventory reports to Foreign Trade.
Analyze and clarify variations in Inventory with Maquiladores.
Validate cycle inventory counts and/or inventory adjustments.
Support the materials area in the realization of the physical inventory by coordinating and validating the movements before, during and after said inventory, following up on any variation
Review the materials entered into the ERP on a daily basis through invoices and remittances (in the case of subsidiaries).
Surveillance of transient locations such as: Transit, Quarantine, Redistribution of materials, Third Party (Outsite).
Review and analyze savings reported by SCMG to be considered in ISVA (Income Statement Variace Analysis)
