Crm Coordinator

**Job Requirements**:

- Scholarship: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years at automotive industry.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manages customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction for the company. work closely with the sales department to establish positive interactions with new and current customers and provide solutions to issues or problems raised by clients.
- Lead and coordinate CRM Marketing.
- Monitoring digital KPIs.
- Supervise and coordinate the performance and operation of lead managmente with the contact center team.
- Plan, design and launch relevant CRM campaigns.
- Work closely with Dealer's.
