About the Role
You will take ownership of all CRM deliverables within the organisation. In this role, you'll work alongside the Senior Client Engagement Manager and a passionate marketing team to enhance our customer engagement efforts and drive measurable results. You'll build and execute innovative CRM strategies that improve key customer metrics like active clients, trade volume, and retention. From designing seamless customer journeys to collaborating on integrated campaigns, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional experiences for clients.

What You'll Do Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.Manage and optimise customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.Execute CRM components of campaigns, from briefing creative elements to analysing post-implementation performance.Use tools like Salesforce and Tableau/Power BI to build data-driven insights and create measurable results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events and social media, to deliver innovative campaigns.Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. About You Have strong CRM expertise, with extensive experience in Salesforce.Are skilled at designing and managing customer journeys, from onboarding to retention.Can interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies using tools like Tableau or Power BI.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative innovation with technical precision.Is an excellent collaborator, with the ability to bring together diverse teams and ideas.Is proactive, results-driven, and always looking for ways to enhance performance.
