**About the role**
Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid
The position will be in charge of generating vital information for the performance and fulfillment of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs and Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports.
- Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
- Support GBS -GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks/activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.

**Role Requirements**
Essential requirements:
- 3-5years of experience in varied field operations functions such as analytics, incentive compensation, planning, sizing, data management, data visualization, Veeva/Salesforce Experience in Microsoft Power Query or ETL tools like Alteryx.
- Expertise of Pharmaceutical industry data sources, such as IQVIA, DDD, HCOS, PSP, Veeva CRM
- Advanced Excel.
- Fluent in English.
