The Salesforce (CRM) Support Specialist will work with a team of experienced Salesforce professionals to support and consult with more than 1,500 users across the globe. Needs to be a cool-minded, critical thinker who will provide support with creating and maintaining Opportunities for Multi-country Bids. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a Salesforce support role and an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the interplay between business processes, user experience, and technical solutions.
What You'll Do: Build and Maintain Opportunities for Multi-country BidsBuild and maintain the client hierarchy; align with Digital ProductsEnsure all Account and Opportunity fields are current throughout the bid cycleKeep encouraged metrics and currencies aligned with bidMaintain alignment of encouraged metrics with pricingBuild, Manage, and Progress QuotesProgress ContractingEnsure Opportunities are up to date before sending for signatureMake sure opportunities close successfully upon signatureHandle Wet Signature process, as neededEnsure Accuracy and Completeness of data resulting from Closed Opportunities (i.e., Dates, Subscriptions, etc.) What We're Looking For: Salesforce support experience of 3+ yearsBilingual English/Spanish is a mustDemonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, data structure, and reporting functionsGood communication skills, including the ability and patience to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audienceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in an agile environment, adapt rapidly to organizational needs, and prioritize tasks accordinglyExperience with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook & ExcelExperience with Sales Processes, Contracting, CPQ, and/or CONGA/Apttus is desired but not required Location: Mexico City, Mexico
