Our client is seeking a CRO expert to develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive business growth through continuous optimization of its website and digital channels.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, conversion metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.Responsibilities: Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc) to track and analyze and interpret user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)Develop optimization strategies by identifying opportunities for improvement in the user journey and conversion funnel. Create and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, website content, and user interfacesWork closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that optimization strategies are aligned with overall business goals and executed effectivelyGather insights through user surveys, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research methods to understand user needs and pain pointsGenerate regular reports on conversion metrics, test results, and optimization performance.
