Built on decades of reimagining the future and innovating to advance the way people live and work, HPE Global IT delivers unique, open and intelligent technology solutions, with a consistent experience across all clouds and edges, to help customers develop new business models, engage in new ways, and increase operational performance.**:**We are looking for a **Customer Support Consultant, **who **will provide technical product support for CTG OSS products to the HPE Customers worldwide, HPE delivery teams and resellers, system integrators via incoming customer contacts using HPE Customer Solutions Centers and case management tools**-**:- **You will be part of a Worldwide Customer Experience and Support organization**:- **You will provide technical support to internal and external customers via trouble tracking tools like SFDC.**:- **You will partner with HPE Product Development and Implementation teams to assist in issue resolution.**:- **You will evaluate unique and complex installations or configurations, and make recommendations for resolution.**:- **You will provide workaround and defect fixes within SLO when problems arise in the customers' labs or live production environments.**:**_About you:_**:- **You have Software solutions delivery, support or R&D knowledge, preferably with experience in the OSS Fulfilment, Orchestration, Assurance Products**:- **You have enterprise product support or relevant IT experience**:- **You have UNIX, SQL and no-SQL (Oracle, Postgres/EDB, Impala, Cassandra, Neo4j etc.), Java, other development languages skills, as well as log analysis and troubleshooting knowledge and experience**:- **You have good written and verbal communication, customer interaction skills, and have strong teamwork mindset**:- **You are problem solver, quick learner, with ability to comprehend complex systems and you are motivated to help / guide others**:- **Master or Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder In IT, Telecommunications, or similar technical areas, where IT is one of the key disciplines.**:- **2-5 years working experience in related fields desired
