This specific role will deal with ensuring optimal product flow, optimized order quantity, daily add/cut requests for service and be responsible for several key service metrics. Key systems the employees will work in are SAP R7 ECC, SAP Hana and DRP (Frito-Lay planning system).Your ImpactAs a Systems Analyst, your functions would consist of:Key supply chain planning activities for this role include:Min inc Review setting on every item to determine the correct configuration to have full or partial pallets.Setting on AVS and New item Launch in the proper time and location required.Participate in daily weekly service calls with DC (Distribution Centers) and Plants.Close daily receiving days in order to have quality lanes.Code clean up to make sure the systems work properly with only the items required.Execute adhoc assignments as needed.Responsible for Key Service Metrics (DCs/Plants/S2U facilities):Fill Rate (Produced, Non-Produced, IMOPs, Bins, FSV).Inventory Days on Hand.Mod Void performance.Collaborate with HQ supply chain group to improve overall success and health of systems, tools, and processes.Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?Education:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning or similar field required.Experience:Fluent English written and verbal skills required.1-3 years experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred.Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.Candidate should possess strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work with minimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others.Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it
