**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:
As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding the clients' products and services.
In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external teams in handling the needs of the customer to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Answer inbound calls from customers.
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Mine database for sales opportunities.
- Learn and present product lines to prospective customers.
- Process orders into the ERP system (NetSuite).
- Learn technical aspects of product line to assist existing owners of products.
- Process return authorizations and return shipping labels as needed.

**Requirements**:
YOU HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1-2 years experience in inside sales and/or customer service preferred.
- Experience processing orders into the ERP system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
