Job Description**Job Title**:Customer Advocate - Inside Sales**Position Summary**:PSC is looking for an English + Spanish speaking Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An Inside Sales plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:- Coordinate responses to Requests for Quote (RFQs) & Requests for Information (RFIs) for customers in North America; teaming with outside sales representatives, customer contacts & various departments internally to gather pertinent information needed.- Ensure that a clear line of communication exists across PSC and customers' teams, and that all key personnel is engaged throughout the launch of new products or the improvements of current products.- Create reports and analyze data for pricing strategies and as needed.- Ensures on-going, market focus in building strong relationships with key customers.- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up; working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand database of prospects- Develop a working knowledge of the business's manufacturing capabilities and product offerings.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business preferred.- High School Diploma with experience in customer service, inside sales, customer support, or similar role will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.**Skills**:- Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally with high level of confidence.- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.- Great attention to detail.- Advanced Excel skills.- Good at establishing and re-establishing priorities.- Industrial inside sales experience is preferred.
