Check out this career opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!QualificationsBachelor's degree in: Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronic Engineering.Experience: Min 1 years of design and/or business development experience, engineering support.Experience and ability to work closely with customers.Familiarity with Automation, or Assembly equipment and industry.ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support to customers and internal organization.Answer customer phone calls/emails/chat regarding technical support, orders, and quotes for products, services, and website.Help to create cross reference for products to offer MISUMI brands.Help proofread or create technical/marketing materials, brochures, emails, and web content.Internal Training – Help to create and present training material to Sales, Customer Service, Inside Sales and other internal groups.Record the customer inquiries in our internal system.Generate and report potential business opportunities for the Sales team from customer inquiries.Drive improvement by reporting customer's issues to the team leader.Support marketing activities with technical knowledge. (Ex.
