**What will you be doing?**
- Prioritize and complete time sensitive tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Accept, build, & schedule all customer shipments correctly with all pertinent information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Proactively ensure loads are tracked and updated by the carrier team.
- Identify potential problems and provide solutions based on facts and resources.
- Escalate problems as needed.
- Provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure customer portals are up to date.

**Who you are**:
- Fluent English Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in administration or related.
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
