**What you'll do**:
- Manage Medium and Large complex projects in an account or group of accounts in a hybrid working environment.
- Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial, resource and material requirements.
- Develop and present proposals and final agreements.
- Prepare and manage Project Plan, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, Project KPI's and Metrics, Lessons Learned and other Project related documentations.
- Provide leadership to project staff including project engineers, vendors, partners or subcontractors.
- Conduct customer facing status meetings.
You may host ritual meetings following Agile methodologies.
- Manage and communicate the project from start to completion including the resolution of raised project issues with diverse levels of Stakeholders.
- Responsible for the Project Budget, Margins and completion within given timelines.
- Present service business value to customers for new or existing business.
- Influence the customer in the assessment, planning and management of related projects.
- Identify opportunities for additional business and provides inputs to sales and renewal teams.
- Build rapport that last, becoming a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders.
- May manage internal projects/programs within Cisco.
- Act as a mentor to the team of Project managers.
- Works with the Program Management Community to further develop the PM/PGM role, processes and operations.
- Contribute to the development of a project management methodology.
- Lead Project teams to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects that span across several business or technology areas.
**Who you'll Work With**:
The Project Delivery Team at Americas CX Center encompass professionals in Project Management discipline to successfully deliver tangible results for our external Customers in APJC, EMEAR and America region.
Highly skilled and experienced practitioners deal with various scale of projects for all vertical markets with emphasis to Service Providers, Public Sector, Commercials and Government.

**Who you are**:
- Bachelor of Engineering /Technology, preferred in Telecommunications.
- 8-14 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in the Banking sector is preferred.
- Experience in Data Networking Technology Infrastructure Projects is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Professional PM certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL /SCRUM / PgMP or equivalent.
Preference would be given to the PMP certified professionals.
- Hands on experience of using project planning and spreadsheet tools.
- Proven ability to lead projects following either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- Work experiences with multicultural stakeholders.
- Excellent consulting skills, effective communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, adaptability, analytical, attention to detail, proactiveness, personal effectiveness and compliance skills.
- Travel as per the business requirements within America and Abroad.
