Customer Quality EngineerWhat you'll do:Provide proper follow up to all quality issues related to the customer by leading the multidisciplinary team.Coordinate all activities to ensure customer satisfaction meets expectations.Drive multidisciplinary team to problem resolutions.Promote customer standpoint at plant level.Promote continuous improvement and zero defects culture.Ensure timely customer satisfaction 8D responses and PPAP approvals.Maintain proper documentation in the systems.Act as the primary contact for external quality issues.Communicate customer claims to the plant.Lead the team for customer 8D's.Validate CA's effectiveness to prevent reoccurrence.Monitor the customer scorecard.Provide responses to the customer.Coordinate external sorting activities.Obtain PPAP approval for engineering changes.Update and monitor customer portals.Lead customer visits related to quality items.What is required:Bachelor's degreeProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with customer portals (desirable)Problem-solving skillsLeadership abilitiesEffective communicationAdministrative skillsWhat's in it for you:Attractive compensation packageRecognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options, and many more perks.Gender Pay EqualityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
