Customer Quality Management (Cqm) Engineer

Job DescriptionThis position is responsible of ensuring that Customer quality engineers is receiving customer complaints (0KM & Warranty), leading problem solving also validating effectiveness of actions defined.Makes sure that all customer portals are up to date and seeks for analysis and action plans when score cards are not meeting the target.Is also responsible for the PPM reporting in a timely manner as well as in SAP/Compliance Quest.Supports the QMS with Customer Audits and implementation of CSR.Ensures follow up and completion of PPAP requirements on timeFollows up the Quality objectives and action plans associated QualificationsQuality Tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA, Cpk)Automotive industry experience and familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA & standardsCustomer specific requirements general knowledge (VW Group preferred)Mathematical skills - Must be able to perform complicated calculations and have excellent computer skills and knowledge.SAP, MS Office experience desired.Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferredEnglish 80%Additional InformationAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.Therefore, it is totally forbidden to request a pregnancy or HIV test as part of our selection processes.#LI-MR1
