Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best in class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our Helpware team.Primary Responsibilities:Communicate with our vendors via email and phone to resolve issues/questions.Communicate with potential customers via phone and email to answer questions and give quotes.Coordinate the scheduling of our equipment rental returns with our customer base along with our vendors via incoming calls and email.Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to provide outstanding support and solutions.Navigate calls to the appropriate area.Provide considerable knowledge of our equipment, pricing, and process to our customers.Provide excellent customer service to all and the ability to listen effectively.Qualifications:High school graduate or College WelcomeAt least one year experience within customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills (mandatory), experience with CRM preferredHighly motivated, self-starter while also being a team player.Highly organized, displays time management skills.Ability to retain and relay industry-specific knowledge.Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.Ability to control emotions during potentially high-stress situations.Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism.Bonus Qualifications:Customer service experiencePhone sales experienceExperience working for a waste management companyWork Environment:As the COVID-19 pandemic and the different levels of quarantine continue to threaten our future, what remains is our commitment to our people.
