.We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives to support to interact with customers in both English and Spanish, providing them with professional and courteous assistance on cheer uniform and apparel purchases across various channels.**Working Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST; Saturday (on demand), 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST****Hourly rate in USD: $ 6.0****Work equipment: Must have Windows computer (Mac not allowed) of 8GB RAM or higher.****Responsibilities**:- Assisting customers with basic questions about products, the order process including shipping methods and timeframes, provide website guidance, and provide updates on orders that have already been placed.- Creating customer accounts, assisting customers with placing standard orders (individual, team and resellers), creating replacement orders as needed, creating quotes, converting quotes to orders and other duties assigned.- Order placement responsibilities include setting up standard orders, ensuring delivery method for order, processing order payment, and educating customer on the order process and timeline of event.**Requirements**:- Contact center and/or customer service experience that includes handling escalated customer situations - 1 year minimum- English proficiency level should be fluent, conversational and natural- Professional and polite- Empathetic- Typing Skills (20 WPM+)- Excellent verbal & written correspondence skills- Attention to detail- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently- Strong time management- Reliability- Available to work Saturday's during peak season- Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:- Processor:- Core i5 or higher- RAM - 8GB or higher- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum**:- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps- Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background**Training Expectations**- Tier 1 Customer Service Representatives will receive 7-days classroom training.- Agents will remain at Tier 1 for at least their first 3 weeks before being considered for Tier 2 training.**Benefits**- Work from home- Access to diverse projects- Opportunities for professional growth- Collaboration with diverse teams- No commute time- No dress code (unless there's a meeting!)- Eco-friendly work lifestyle- Exposure to a multicultural team- Potential for long-term engagement- Improved work-life balance**About 1840 & Company**1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
