**Gordian Staffing, A New Way of HR.**We focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada to make business more accessible by offering specialized services and providing high-quality people solutions for those organizations, constantly growing and looking for better results in their markets.**About our client**:An industry-leading and fast-growing Association Management company that provides extraordinary services to different states around the United States and a unique opportunity for its team members to develop and grow their careers.**We are looking for a **_**Customer Service Agent (Receptionist) **_**to be the first point of contact and support the following activities**:- Navigate various systems to field questions that callers may have regarding billing, statements, fees, HOA rules, repairs, and other property management-related inquiries.- Document information from each call to keep the systems up to date.- Become an HOA expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver extraordinary customer care.- Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners through consistently effective communication and teamwork.- Other duties as assigned.**Work Schedule**:- Monday to Friday_- Regular Schedule: 10:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M. CST MX- Daylight saving in the USA: 9:00 a.M. to 6:00 p.M.
