We do this by creating a customized remote team based in Guadalajara.As a **Customer Service Assistant, **you will be providing customer service support and assistance to the Operations Department.- What you'll do in a typical week:_- Enters Orders Into Transportation Management Software- Accepts and Updates EDI tenders- Schedules pick-up and delivery appointments for select customers.- Assists with inquiries on load locations by tracking and tracing loads.- Creates and Updates a Tracking Report for an Enterprise Customer- Updating customer portals as needed.- Works on and assists with a variety of projects and other related duties as assigned.- Attends staff meetings and training programs.- Ability to achieve goals set forth by management.- Attends work consistently and punctually. Requests time off per policy.Requirements
