Our unique property offers a blend of hotel and Airbnb experiences, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable stay. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our guests during evening hours (5 PM - 12 AM GMT-6) This role involves managing inbound calls, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Answer inbound calls regarding hotel policies and amenities.- Assist guests with reservations, modifications, upgrades, and inquiries.- Utilize the CloudBeds portal for booking management.- Maintain clear communication with morning staff regarding guest requests and expectations.- Create and manage a checklist for morning staff to ensure seamless operations.- Refer to an extensive FAQ sheet to address common guest questions.- Collaborate with the General Manager for training and support.**Skills**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree (required)- Customer Service experience (2+ years)- Advanced English (required)**Technology**:- CloudBeds, CRM, VoIP Phones, Google suites, Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)**Physical Setting**:Remote **Schedule**:5 pm - 12 pm GMT-6 (35 hours/week)Pay: $15,670.00 - $19,600.00 per month**Experience**:- English customer service: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English at a fully proficient level (required)
