**About us**Remi is a VC-backed dental startup based in San Francisco. Our energetic team, primarily operations and dental lab technicians, is based in the beautiful Ghirardelli Square. Over the last year, we have grown 2,000+ and have gone from two people working from an apartment to over 10 people in a real office and 5+people remote. This next year we plan to at least double our headcount. While we're just a young startup, our team has a lot of fun and has a huge amount of autonomy and freedom. We hope you'll come join us!**Dental startup looking for Customer Service help.****Responsibilities will include**:This is a full-time (40+ hrs. per week) **work-from-home** position**! **Working hours between 9 am and 8 pm EST Monday - Saturday, as long as you attend all team meetings.- Answering customer phone calls will be 20% of your day.- 100% of your time will be doing research on status and troubleshooting customer requests.- Optimizing the customer experience (we need your help on how to make things smoother!)**You are someone with**:- Will be an expert typist with 60+WPM in English.- You will be a fluent or native speaker, you know the lingo, the colloquialisms, and slang.- Tech Savvy and quick learner on multiple platforms.- Drive to constantly improve your skills.- Strong people skills. Our clients come from all walks of life, and you will need to be able to adjust your approach based on the client.- 1 -3 years of previous experience in a customer service role.- A quiet place to work, your own computer, a dedicated phone, and a strong wired internet connection.**Benefits**:- Never go into an office.
