**Customer Service**
**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent services to customers by responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with assistance in accessing necessary services. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will create a positive image of several high fashion brands by exceeding their expectations through excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers with a friendly and polite demeanor, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Providing empathy to customer issues and providing guidance as needed
- Processing order payments via branded web shops for multiple high fashion brands
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
- Update and maintain customer records as necessary.
- Participate in regular training with high fashion brands.
- Represent all brands and their values while following company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum education: Upper secondary education -General Baccalaureate
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Must reside in **Guadalajara**:
- Fluent English (Spoken/Written)
