**Job Listing Detail****Customer Service & Master Scheduler** for operations in Ramos I plant STR (Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila)Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.As a Customer Service & Master Scheduler you will be responsible to master production planning to guarantee delivery to Customers in a timely manner.YOUR TASK WILL BE- Run Diamonds/straight per week vs accumulated for the customer.- Receive, interpret and process the daily and weekly requirements of the customers, as well as- immediately report demand variations that impact plant planning- Process the daily requirements of the customers and schedule the production based on these, always considering the installed capacity of the lines and inventories.- Ensure, together with the Departures area, the correct posting of ASNs in the system- Comply with the different tasks assigned on a day-to-day basis and according to the need of the operation.- Monitor daily system inventories and ensure 100% reliability- Responsible for the production schedule, ensuring that it is met and measuring productivity per day, in case the goal is not achieved, prepare a recovery plan with production.- Participate in the quality system, Safety, health, and environment.- Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions- Effective communication of weekly and future requirements to all departments of the plant- Ensure Zero FP for Plant Liability- Participation in engineering changes, ensuring zero obsolete- Reconciliation of accruals with customers monthly- Compliance with the Internal Work Regulations.- Compliance with the quality policy.- Compliance with the Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability policy- TWW Program Compliance and Participation.- Compliance with and participation in the Operating Model Program- Compliance and active participation in the Tiers system.- Participation in Plan and Development programs.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade or International Business- Training in access control to restricted areas, Inspection of trailers 7 points- WTT technique for affixing seals, documentation and loading of shipments, control and placement of seals.- 2 years of experience in the Customer Service & Programming production area.- English, logistics, material tracking, traffic, cubic capacity, handling of- purchase orders, SAP, Releases.LI-DNI
