Overview:The Molina Call Center Agent will provide information to members in response to healthcare questions regarding their Molina Healthcare ACA policy.**Job Description**:- 6 months experience in related field preferred- Strong computer knowledge- Microsoft Office- System navigational skills- Ability to work weekends and evenings as requiredRoles & Responsibilities:- Handle member telephone inquiries regarding their Molina Healthcare ACA Policy.- Research, resolve and respond in real time to member inquiries to provide first contact resolution.- Must be flexible, open to feedback and ongoing training.- Follow through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved to the customers satisfaction.- Achieves all quality and productivity goals.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Detail-Oriented, Strong Work Ethic and Organized.- Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude.- Develop and Demonstrate SME (Subject Matter Expert) behavior
