We are problem solvers and we will be better with you.The Customer Service Representative is responsible for administering, processing, and tracking orders. This role involves performing all customer service duties, responding to customer requests, and proactively reviewing the daily order report while maintaining communication with customers.What you will do:Perform a variety of customer transactions such as order entry, processing, and tracking. Accurately and efficiently process transactions and must have knowledge of pricing, order flow, product data, and shipping procedures.Interact with Account Managers, laboratory, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies/missing information.Run and monitor the daily open order report. Communicate with planners and dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries. Advise customers about delays if necessary.Monitor scheduled shipping dates and track order shipments directly with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and expedite as needed.Constantly seek improved ways to serve internal and external customers.
