**Position Summary**

Respond to customer inquiries regarding to order status, placement of orders, and request for prices and quotations, complaints and expediting.
Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met.
Provide necessary follow-up and initiate correspondence.
Process customer orders and credits in a timely manner.
Access, update and maintain records for individual accounts.
**Responsibilities**
- Order Entry, Scheduling & Pricing
- Tracking of customer order status and expedite when needed
- Work with other departments & functions to resolve Order Entry & delivery Issues

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or similar
- 1 or 2 years experience in a similar position
- Fluent English for business conversations
- Computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel),working knowledge of the MSS
