Customer Service Representative

**Education/Experience**:- Excel and powerpoint knowledge- 5+ years in Customer Service with excellent communication skills.- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)- English speaking (preferred)- Manufacturing experience is a plus.- Epicor knowledge is a plus.**Standard Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Communicate with customers in response to new orders, quote requests for repeat parts, expedite requests, change order requests, RMA requests, accounting issues, and other inquires as per customer requests.- Communicate with internal departments and management as needed to respond to customer inquiries.- Manage customer JIT programs.- Assist account manager as requested with administrative or other tasks as needed to meet customer requirements.- Ensure prompt, courteous and concise responses at all times when dealing with external and internal communications.- Enter all sales orders, manage all change order requests, and manage all repeat quote requests.- Provide timely and accurate account information as requested by Sales Management.- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to all department procedures and policies.Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
