Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Inside Sales team provides value add by:Investigating prospective accounts and approaching customers remotely to identify new leads, or up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.Introducing customers to the product and after-sales service program, identifying customer needs and selling solutions.Handling inbound requests for product information and directing customers to the website or other company resources.Creating activity reports and recommendations for further actions, and collaborating with both Sales and Engineering to maximize upgrade-orders.A job at this level:Sells low- to medium-volume (commoditized) product programs and services, or serves small, but different business clients (onsite or remote).Plans own work and activities according to respective plans.Approaches stakeholders actively to provide basic information and supports in utilizing the organization's infrastructure or services.Plans and coordinates services to fulfill stakeholder expectations, and ensures continuous optimization of all stakeholder-related processes.Performs independent judgment on subjects of relevance for the process assigned.Vishay has been growing for over 60 years and we're always looking for new people who are passionate about tech, innovation, and helping transform the world around us.#J-18808-Ljbffr
