We are looking for the right individuals to provide customer service support for a well-known US newspaper company.
You would be assisting with customer accounts, questions, and other account-related issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls regarding services, accounts, and billing assistance
- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience
- Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures
- High degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail
