From electromechanical controls and intelligent sensors to innovative touch-sensitive surfaces, we develop and produce a wide range of technologically sophisticated components for vehicle interiors.If you are ready to be part of our journey, join us as a Customer Service Representative in our Reynosa site!Your role:Review demand and shipment of orders to customers.Respond to urgent tickets/emails within the required deadlines.Ensure that customer requirements are met within the required time frame.Verify EDI and Manual Release updates in SAP.Verify IDOC reports daily and communicate unknown parts to Engineering and Sales.Analyze customer variances to releases daily and forward priorities to production supervisors and planner as needed.Respond to customers in case of conflict with current plans.Notify material analysts of changes.Validate that all ASNs are transmitted within 10 minutes after carrier departure.Prepare, submit and follow dispute process for customer violations/complaints.Maintain weekly KPIs.Monitor/measure customer demand variation as well as consider appropriate stock levels as per MPS.Check, confirm and print screens of all ASNs transmitted correctly for all shipments daily, escalate next level when error occurs as required.What do you need?Strong experience in problem solving, customer management, and effective communication.Leadership execution and promotion in and out of the team.Project management + advanced Windows Office knowledge.High initiative, proactivity, and sense of urgency.Teambuilding & collaboration.SAP experience.Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment for electronic products, with more than 2 years in a similar position.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:Seguro de gastos médicos mayores.Seguro de vida.Vales de despensa.Tipo de jornada:Lunes a viernes.Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
