**Responsibilities**:_- Resolve Complaints: Address and resolve issues from community members professionally.- Manage Violations: Educate on rules, issue violations, and escalate as needed.- Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance requests, assign tasks, and follow up on completions.- Account Assistance: Help with account queries, explain budgets, and assist with HOA portal use.- Document Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are uploaded to web portals.- Annual Meeting Prep: Assist with meeting logistics, mail notices, and prepare meeting packets.- Association Tasks: Manage tasks like backflow testing, parking audits, clubhouse rentals, and provide access permits.- Property Inspections: Add CCRs to properties in Vantaca for manager inspections.- Issue Resolution: Work with managers to address complaints, issue work orders, and handle violations.- Information Updates: Add association details to Additional Information.- Invoice Cross-Referencing: Match invoices to work orders when necessary- **Requirements**:_- High School Diploma / GED, and above- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or other area of study, preferred- Experience performing CUSTOMER SERVICE tasks for US-based HOA/Community Management companies, preferred- Experience using Vantaca is highly preferred as well.- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills (Advanced English level only)- Outstanding computer skills- Strong time management and organizational skills.- At least 100mbps of Internet Speed at home (required)- Ability to work full time 40 hours a week following US timezone- **PERKS**:_100% Payroll (Benefits of law)Superior benefits _after 6th month_:- Savings fund of 8%- 30-day Christmas bonus- US holidays PTO- Sick leave- Major Medical insurance- Location: Anywhere in Mexico (Fully remote opportunity!)- Able to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hour shift, US Mountain time zone)Pay: Up to $17,000.00 per month**Experience**:- US - HOA Management: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Advanced English (required)Work Location: Remote
