If you're ready to take on this vital role, we want you on our team!**Responsibilities**:- Assist with benefits enrollment, temporary ID cards, and 401k matters.- Provide login assistance for various technology platforms.- Address payroll concerns, including direct deposit, PTO, W2/W4, and payroll deductions.- Handle HR grievances and escalate as needed.- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Good communication skills (verbal, listening, and written) in English and Spanish.- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems.- A background in administrative or HR work is desirable.**Experience**:- CSR/BPO: 1 year (required)Expected Start Date: 27/09/2024
