The Customer Service Representative position processes transactions routed to Customer Service Tickets queue.
This includes processing inbound requests initiated via phone or electronically from internal and external customers for quotes, orders, and other inquiries.
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Create and manage Warranty, Returns, Credit/Debit, Portal, Tailgate and Consignment orders in SAP in a timely manner according to established goals and standard processes.- Handle internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing.- Job duties include handling internal and external customer requests received via phone.- Abitlity to strictly follow documented Customer Service processes, to ensure to ensure correct billing in AR, and to meet SAT requirements.- Follow correct processes to communicate with other Nordson teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiry.- Ability to learn and use Nordson Ticketing system (C4C) to retrieve and update status of each task assignment- Identify opportunities to enhance and improve their daily tasks- Performs other duties as assigned- Base performance standards against established metrics to drive performance improvements- Conduct themselves in a way that fosters a positive, supportive, and professional work environment in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect**Education and Experience Requirements****Education**:- Bachelors degree preferred.Language- Fluent Spanish - verbal and written- Good command in English - written**Experience**:- Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required- SAP Proficiency**Preferred Skills and Abilities**- Good written and verbal communication skills- Customer focused- Detail Oriented- Good organization skills- Good time management skills- Maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with customers and associates- Have a strong desire "to deliver on time"- Have a hands on and "let's get it done" attitude**Working Conditions and Physical Demands****Office environment.
