Their 11,000+ team members lead the industry with unrivaled education, expertise, and trailblazing innovation.**As a Customer Service Representative, you will be performing the following activities**:- Answering calls to provide resolution to some of the regular topics like explaining association and ledger information, sending replacement coupons and refund requests- Update homeowner information, interest/late fee adjustments, educate homeowners on payment options and the process to make payments online- Transfer calls to appropriate team members when needed- Address customer service issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution- Communicate with team members at all levels of business- Process tickets in Salesforce**SCHEDULE**:- Monday to Friday_- Service window from 6:00 to 19:00 CST (you will be assigned an 8-hour shift)_**We offer**:- Competitive salary- Remote Work and equipment- 12 days of Vacation at the year mark- Vacation Bonus- 30-Day Aguinaldo- Mayor Medical Insurance**After a 3 month trial period, we add**:- Minor Medical Insurance- Grocery Vouchers (10% of gross monthly salary)- Restaurant Tickets (MXN 2,015 per month)- Savings Fund**Minimum requirements**- Advanced English (verbal and written)- 2 years of experience in a Call Center for American customers- Strong communication skills- Feeling comfortable working with multiple platforms/software.- Feeling comfortable working with a heavy phone volume**It's a plus if you have the following**:- Experience using MS Office and Salesforce**Skills**- Effective communication- Empathetic- Good Listener- Customer Oriented- Work Ethic**Please submit your resume in English.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes disponibilidad de tiempo para trabajar entre 6:00 a 19:00 en un horario de 8 horas?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
