TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE's products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.**What your background should look like**:**Role: Purpose, scope and challenges**- Back office type work: RMA and intercompany processing, potentially quoting and backlog management- A lot of follow up required with other functions to obtain responses- Potential for Customer Facing Work primary POC, processing purchase orders, RFQ's and other requests as needed.**Job or team value proposition**- Our team is like a family - everyone is very helpful and supportive- Our management team is flexible, understanding, supportive, and provides positive coaching on a regular basis to each team member- We encourage development and will provide guidance to those who do want to develop- We empower our people to be able to work independently and make decisions as they gain experience and knowledge, without intervention from management- This job can provide a good foundation for further advancement in TE**Basic Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree- +1 year of experience in similar position- English- Analytical, good problem solver- Able to handle ambiguity**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
