**Customer Service Supervisor**

**Job based in Panzacola, Tlaxcala.
Panzacola Plant**

**You will be responsible for customer demand analysis and risks detection and its communication to the plant and customer.
Programming of production and cutting lines according to customer requirements.
**

**YOUR TASK WILL BE**:

- Coordinate the correct execution of cutting and production according to the needs of the client.
- Coordinate and ensure critical numbers are shipped to the customer.
- Coordinate balance out and start-up of new programs without any obsolescence.
- Coordinate engineering changes in conjunction with Program Manager.
- Personnel training programs completion.
- Requirement's variations detection and plant / client notification.
- Personnel management.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree on Logistic, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- 3+ years as Customer Service in the automotive industry.
- QAD knowledge.
- Proficient Microsoft Office package.
- IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and CTPAT knowledge.
- Advanced English Level required.
