Our customer success team is looking for a **Customer Success Representative/Manager** to grow with us as we continue rapidly expanding.
**What you'll do**:- Be a product expert: understand why customers use Aloware and how they derive value from our platform- Perform structured account reviews for customers to gauge, maintain, and nurture key client relationships- Proactively identify, address and mitigate risks of churn- Contribute ideas that help improve our processes, practices, and tools- Provide feedback to the product team concerning customers' requests for product enhancements- Own expansion and renewal efforts for a distinct book of business- Train, onboard, and evangelize best practices for new and existing clients**Requirements**:- 3+ years experience working in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management and/or Sales- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, VoIP, or communications software roles highly preferred- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Comfortable holding a quota and negotiating contracts- You are comfortable building trust and communicating effectively with all types of customers — from C-level, VP, and Director-level contacts, to the end-users of the software- Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner- 3+ years of working fully remote**This is a Fully remote role**nVwyPdRQ0T
