Customer Enrollment Specialist // Customer Success Specialist
US-based employee benefits company is looking for a driven and charismatic Customer Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. Our users have free benefits they haven't signed up for yet. These benefits save them money on their commute. Your job is to get them signed up. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educating customers about their free employee benefits and our company's features
- Guiding clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and fast user experience
- Communicating errors with the engineering team to fix any caught bugs, errors, or customer confusions
- Collaborating with the marketing team for copy suggestions, marketing material ideas, new education videos, etc - based on the feedback we get from customers
- Adapting quickly to new business softwares and following standard operating procedures
- Maintaining thorough records of all customer interactions and progress on work
- Contributing to improving enrollment completion percentages
- Watch recording logs of customer interactions online to find cracks in the process that needs fixing
- Recording new processes using ScribeHow for detailed documentation
IMPORTANT:
- You'd be working directly underneath a seasoned performance marketer that's built over 20+ different types of funnels and marketing systems over the last 7 years.
- This is NOT a role where you can get blocked easily and get paid to do very little. From Day 1 there is more than enough opportunity for growth, in position and compensation.
- The product you're offering to our customers has no price. They can't pay for it. There are no fees. It's a no-brainer offer that most customers say YES to the moment they hear it.
- Spanish isn't required but if you don't speak it, expect to have to learn at least a little. There's very little chance that you won't come across Spanish speaking customers.

REQUIRED:
- You have previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, admin assistance, or marketing
- You have great written communication when talking to customers and the team
- You get excited to talk to other people and enjoy the process
- You're able to maintain long periods of focus on one single task at a time
- You have strong verbal communication skills in English
BIG BONUS:
- You have at least some familiarity with common CRM, automation, and productivity softwares (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Zapier, etc)
- You have experience in the hospitality industry working any position FOH/BOH
- You are a native or well-spoken Spanish speaker (not required but BIG plus)
- You have a basic understanding or strong interest in using ChatGPT or Claude
- You have a basic understanding or strong interest in Content Creation (Ads, UGC, Tiktok, YT Shorts, Reels, any kind)

COMPENSATION:
- Monthly $1,000 retainer starting + commission per enrollment

- Growth opportunities in role and compensation based on performance
SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours per week
- Calls must be made between the hours of 8am - 8pm Eastern Standard Time
To be successful in this role, Enrollment Specialists will need to meet a minimum of 10 enrollments per week. Long lists of customers to call will be provided to you, along with everything else you need to do your job to the best of your ability.
