**The Role**As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a member of the Customer Success team. In this role, you are responsible for the complete post-sale cycle with your customers, including adoption and renewal.**Responsibilities**:- Be a trusted advisor and primary point of contact on a portfolio of accounts across varying industries.- Onboard new accounts and provide continuous training of all our platform tools and possibilities to empower customers to be autonomous.- Understand customer requirements as needed to implement within the product.- Build long-term relationships with customers by constant touch points to provide follow up, and if necessary, to implement corrective actions.- Promote customer Loyalty and Advocacy.- Forecast and track key account metrics.- Monitor and analyze customer's usage and engagement of our product to determine account health and secure renewals.**Qualifications**:- Advanced English Speaker- 1+ years of experience working for a SaaS company- experience in the CRM market is a plus- Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages- Excel advanced (formulas, Pivot Tables, V Lookup)- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Hunger to learn new capabilities and skills**Employment Type**:- Full-time- Hybrid- This role is based in our offices in Providencia, GuadalajaraTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones superiores a las de ley- Vales de despensa- Vales de restauranteHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPago complementario:- Bono de productividadIdioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)
