Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:Take check calls from drivers to obtain location updates, ensure they are on time, and identify any possible issues or delays.Verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.Update customer websites with arrivals, departures, delays, etc., as required.Update receivers and customers on the status of loads.Properly document all of the daily calls as received stating the exact details of the load at the time of each call.Schedule: Sunday to Thursday. On Sunday, the schedule would be from 4:00 am to 12:30 pm; the rest of the days would be from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
