**Compensation**:$25,000 - $35,000 yearly**Responsibilities**:- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge- Identify, manage, and assess customer concerns promptly (within 1 hour to respond and within 24 hours to resolve)- Understand our client's journey as a lead buyer at Property Leads- Follow all Property Leads policies when handling customer support inquiries- Work closely with our refund team to resolve a declined refund dispute by the lead buyer- Update clients' accounts when a setting that is not accessible in the client portal needs to be changed- Face and handle conflict professionally- Keep track of all customer's requests, inquiries, etc.- Continuously improve communication skills**Qualifications**:- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time- Well-organized- Advanced time management skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Proficient knowledge of the real estate industry**About Company**Property Leads exists to help investors who are looking to close more deals and make more money, which all starts with...
