If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Customs Compliance Manager, based in Cd Juarez, Chih.As Customs Compliance Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the customs compliance program of Lear Corporation Mexico, conducting internal audits for customs, tax, and foreign trade compliance issues, and preparing risk boards regarding customs, foreign trade, and taxes.Your tasks will be:Manage compliance with customs rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances.Ensure compliance with IMMEX program regulations.Develop and distribute newsletters on regulatory changes in foreign trade.Design training and educational programs on customs, tax, and foreign trade matters.Provide advice on new projects, client requirements, and complex compliance situations.Follow up on audits and external reviews (Client, government, internal control, etc.).Coordinate with various government entities for procedures, permits, inquiries, fines, etc.Provide support in managing customs agents, carriers, and business partners.Manage and validate processes, procedures, and work instructions.To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have:Bachelor's degree in law, Public Accounting, International Relations, Business Administration, Financial Administration, or International Business.+10 years of experience in areas of international trade, customs, logistics, finance, or materials.#J-18808-Ljbffr
